You will work closely with leadership to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong relationship management skills and be proficient in utilizing various recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies.

Role Summary:

    • Collaborate with leadership to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media management, job boards, and networking to attract ideal candidates.
    • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
    • Maintain accurate records and track recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
    • Foster relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance the overall recruitment experience.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
