The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong relationship management skills and be proficient in utilizing various recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies.

Role Summary:

• • Collaborate with leadership to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media management, job boards, and networking to attract ideal candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records and track recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Foster relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance the overall recruitment experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
